Benchmark Broadcast Systems, a KIT digital company, is a consultant and technology partner for media and broadcast companies with offices in Beijing, Chennai, Mumbai, New Delhi and Singapore.
The Company provides on-site System Integration and engineering consultancy services to broadcasters throughout the ASEAN, SAARC and Gulf regions. With our strong broadcast and IT engineering know-how, we have numerous clients in Bangladesh, Bhutan, China, India, Malaysia, the Middle East, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Vietnam. The Company's on-site engineering, software programming, software & system integration, testing and support services are highly specialized. It operates in network mode with senior managers operating out of Beijing, Chennai, Delhi, Mumbai and Singapore.
Benchmark focuses on providing complete solutions for broadcast and post production applications. The spectrum of services and products offered starts from simple add-on cards with software for specific applications and goes all the way to complete turnkey system integration services for setting up a totally new TV station or upgrading / modernizing existing ones. We also provide a complete range of services from pre-sale consultancy, through systems design and integration to installation and user training.
In addition to a wide network of dealers for providing backup support and user training, we also have technical teams of our own support engineers based at Chennai, Jakarta, Kolkata, Mumbai, New Delhi and Singapore.
In channel sales, our role spans much more than that of a distributor; it is characterized by extensive technical support and depth of commitment as part of every operation. Benchmark has the distinction of consistently providing efficient pre- and post-sale support. These include configuration of comprehensive enterprise-wide solutions, application support, system installation and customer training and on several occasions, development of customized solutions.

Our solutions
Non-Linear Editing systems, Graphics Systems, Compositing Stations, Character Generators, Still Store Systems, Animation Systems, News Editing Systems, etc. – all integrated into Central SAN/NAS storage systems controlled by News/Station Automation Systems. This methodology provides an end-to-end tapeless system all the way from Ingest, through Cataloging, Editing, Touchup, Effects, to Playout, completely eliminating the need for generation losses in video quality and video / data transfer from place to place. Our software development group develops software in graphics, real-time data display, SMS to video, interactive TV and video encoding / transmission.

We operate through a network of resellers / agents in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Brunei, Cambodia, China, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Pakistan, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam.
